There are no monthly or annual fees. There is only a payment fee that is collected
when receiving payment from users. The Fee deduction will happen when the merchant withdraws.
The fee comes from the merchants’ receiving of payment. For example, if The shop receives 100 baht from users, the fee that will be deducted from the receiving is 1 baht.

Merchants can go Merchant portal, then follow these steps
1. Select “management account”
2. Look for “Operator”
3. Select the “Withdraw” sign under the word “Operator”
4. Enter the amount of withdraw
5. Enter Google Authenticator code
6. Select OK
You can withdraw money from Monday to Friday.
