Twin Burger started from humble beginnings. Owners, Khun Tie and Khun Mook, who were former flight attendants, faced challenges due to the COVID-19 crisis and sought a new business venture. They initially began by selling bao and mantou but did not achieve the success they hoped for. Then, they had a new idea: to use mantou dough to create burgers with various fillings, which turned out to be a success with great feedback.
