There will be a notification banner on the users’ screen.

The benefits depend on the users status which is 4 status as follow;
1. ELITE: Users who spend 0 – 9,999 baths will get points and discounts
2. GOLD: Users who spend 10,000 – 49,999 baht will get points and discounts
3. PLATINUM: Users who spend 50,000 – 99,999 baht will get points, birthday gifts, discounts, and VIP Privilege
4. BLACK DIAMOND: Users who spend 100,000 and more will get points, birthday gifts, discounts, double-up offers, early access, and VIP Privilege
Users get points for every payment
Merchants lists can be checked on the website www.acuthai.com, on ACU PAY App, or on Instagram
We can assure users that the user’s accounts will be safe with a security system certified to the security standards of the card information(PCI DSS), Penetration testing, cardholder authentication process (3D secure), and OTP authentication which is the same international standard as Thailand’s leading bank. This ensures that users’ bank information is kept safe and secure.

1.2 Enter 6 digit PIN, then enter the PIN again to confirm

3.6 Fill in SMS Verification Code (OTP)
4.1 Select “I’m ready”
4.2 Select “Country/ Region”
4.3 Scan the “ID card” both the front and the back of the ID Card
4.4 Select “Upload” and wait for the process
4.5 Check if the information is correct. If correct, then select Next
4.6 Take a selfie photo and select Upload
4.7 Select the “Face Recognition” process, and follow the instructions until the end of the process.
4.8 Read the word “Declaration”, finish reading it, and make the right note at “By Checking this box, I agreed and gave consent to the declaration above”.
4.9 Select “OK”
Right now there is a Login App using PIN only
6.1 Go to “Profile”
6.2 Go to “My Card”
6.3 Go to “Add new card”
6.4 Fill in transaction PIN
6.5 Select bank, types of bank account, select credit card, then fill in mobile phone number
6.6 Click the check mark at “I have read and agreed to the Term & Condition”.
6.7 Select “Next”
6.8 Fill in the Verification Code received from SMS
It is possible. Users can log in but the OTP to verify Identity will send to the mobile phone number that was registered. If users lost the phone with the phone number registered, they can require for a new sim same number and login, then fill in the OTP you receive from the SMS.

There is no minimum rate of transfer.
Right now users can transfer to another user in ACU PAY App only
Yes, you can go to “Transaction” and there will be a list of transactions.
There is not any fee for the transfer.
There are a lot of ways to top-up money as follows;
The minimum rate is 300 baht
The top-up must not be over 49,999 baht per month
**Noted: 50,000 baht is the limit for all transactions in App. If users top-up for 49,999 baht in that month, they cannot buy or transfer any other transactions.**
4.1 Go to “Wallet”

4.4 Show QR Code to merchants’ staff and say the amount you want to top-up

The minimum rate is 1 baht.

Users can tell the staff of the merchants to refund.

3.3 Enter Transaction PIN
3.4 Show Coupon QR Code to the merchant’s staff
3.5 Pay for goods and services with coupon deduction
