The ACU VISA Card is a prepaid card. It does not support overdraft consumption. You need to pre-deposit funds into the card before using it for payments, withdrawals and other transactions.

You can complete the application online. Please fill in your personal information and submit valid identity documents for eKYC verification. After the review is passed, we will issue and deliver the card to you.

This card is accepted globally. You can use it for offline consumption, online cross-border payments and ATM cash withdrawals in most countries and regions around the world.

You can check your real-time balance and all historical transaction records through our official APP and online channels. All transaction data shall be subject to the official system records.

If your ACU VISA Card is lost or stolen, please report the loss immediately via our official APP to protect your account funds.

When your identity documents expire, you need to submit updated documents to complete re-eKYC. Please follow the prompts on the APP to finish the document update process.
