“Ava” is a Golden Tabby Tiger or Strawberry Tiger, which is a very rare species. It is characterized by a clean white fur color marked with light gold and filled with red stripes instead of black like a common tiger.

Usually, tigers have a strong fur color, but for golden tigers, it is a rare case because it is caused by an inferior gene that acts as a hair color on the body. It is similar to a white tiger, but the chance of this golden tiger is very rare, which has less than 50-100 in the world as well.

Ava is 3 years old, born on February 16, 2021. The zoo had a father tiger from South Africa while the mother tiger was from the Czech Republic, Ava has another sibling named Luna. Ava is the youngest, all three of whom are the same and healthy. All three are bred by Thai people.
