5 campsites that camping lovers should not miss

In such fine weather, many people are preparing for a trip to experience the cold. The tourism trend which is very popular nowadays is to go camping. Apart from avenger experiences, you will get a chance to actually  absorb nature by laying in an outdoor tent and sitting by fire to warm yourself in the cold weather. 

Due to the popularity of the camping trend, ACU PAY would like to recommend 5 interesting campsites for youtube to choose from. Let’s see what camping sites are there.

1. Khao Yai National Park

Lam Ta Khong campground is one of the most recommended places for people to go to. Its nature is very beautiful, the air is clean, the forest scenery is so comfortable to take a look at. It is a campground located in Khao Yai National Park, Nakhon Ratchasima. It is in the middle of nature which will allow you to experience nature closely.

Lam Ta Khong campground is a large yard, so you can choose the location you want to set up your tent as you wish. It is full of facilities such as toilets and clean shower rooms. This campsite is also near famous tourist attractions such as Haew Suwat Waterfall, Haew Narok Waterfall, Pha Kluai Mai Waterfall, and Pha Trom Jai Cliff which are located not far from the Lam Ta Khong campground.

2. Phu Kradueng National Park

This is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Thailand. It receives a lot of attention due to its perfect natural condition along with various ecosystems and topography, including meadows, pine forest, evergreen forest, waterfalls, and view-point cliffs. Phu Kradueng National Park is located in Loei province. Each year, there are tourists visit this national park approximately tens of thousands because of the beauty of nature. 

Especially during long holidays when a large number of tourists visit  the Phu Kradueng National Park. Inside the national park, there are a lot of interesting attractions consisting of Pha Mak Dook, Pha Daeng, Pha Yeab Mek, Wang Gwang Waterfall, Pen Pob Mai Waterfall, Phon Pob Waterfall, Pen Pob Waterfall, Tam Yai Waterfall, Thansawan waterfall, Tham So Nuea Waterfall, Tham So Tai Waterfall, and Anodard Pond.

3. Thung Salaeng Luang National Park

A landmark which is known as “Savannah of Thailand” It is Thailand’s third largest national park. You’ll be camping out and closely experiencing nature amidst the vibe of the savanna and the morning sea of fog, where this sea of fog view spot is the symbol of Thung Salaeng Luang, or you can rent a four-wheel drive to visit Thung Nang Phaya, a field surrounded by Merkus pine forest.

You can take good pictures with a nice view of pine forest. (there are less facilities compared to the Nong Mae Na campground) It takes around 15 minutes to go to the sea of fog at Khao Kho.

4. Thap Lan National Park

Thap Lan National Park id Thailand’s second largest national park. This is a home to Pha Kep Tawan which is one of the most beautiful viewpoints to see sunset and sunrise. This is also a home for the last largest Fan Palm forest in Thailand. A highlight of visiting Thap Lan National Park is to rest in the camping tent in the middle of nature, get fresh air and view a silvan forest scenario.  

Thap Lan National Park covers 2 provinces which are Nakhon Ratchasima and Prachin Buri. Interesting tourist attractions inside this national park are such as  Thap Lan Waterfall and Thap Lan reservoir. This is a perfect place for you to camp out on long holidays.

5. Phu Laen Kha National Park, Mor Hin Khao Stonehedge

Phu Laen Kha National Park is located in Chaiyaphum province. Mor Hin Khao looks like pillars and stone bars. It is a spontaneous sculpture scattered at various points, forming a group of rocks with exotic beauty. The rock group at Mor Hin Khao is white sandstone, in addition, there are Siltstone, Mudstone, and purple sandstone. At Mor Hin Khao, there are many groups of rock located together. 

Highlights of visiting Phu Laen Kha National Park are Phu Laen Kha viewpoint, Pha Kluai Mai, castle stone, and Arches. The suitable time to go to Mor Hin Khao is during the rainy season and winter. The charm in the rainy season and winter of Phu Laen Kha is different. Mostly people go camping at Phu Laen Kha for stargazing. If you want to enjoy nature, there’s also a nature study trail for you.
