There is a lot of work for us as office workers to do in a day. Sometimes it is hard for us to manage and arrange our work properly. It also makes our work difficult and not as fast as it should be. However, if we have the tools to reduce working hours in a more orderly manner, it can also make work more fluid. Let’s take a look at those working apps.

  1. Trello: A great managing app that is suitable for working in groups or on projects which have to be done together. Trello is a channel to share work and let other members see the work owners’ names by creating cards and specifying the details and tagging members’ names who are responsible for that work to have an effective work. For example, Graphic images that are sent via Trello will not decrease the quality of work. It is also a fast way to send work and it takes the least amount of time.
  2. Lark: Another tool that is almost at 100% in system management. This app is full of features such as chat, alam calendar, document templates, signing in and out of a job or even meeting through video conferencing. You can also do disbursements or a day off from a supervisor. All in one app without complication in switching from this app to others. 
  3. Zoom: The popular app since the beginning of Covid-19 Pandemic. A lot of companies assign their employees to Work from Home. Zoom is a great app to communicate and coordinate with team members as well as improve work performance. Even though many companies allow their employees to get back to work at companies, Zoom is still used to coordinate with others and interview job applicants as well. 
  4. Teamviewer: No matter how far we are, we can still work because Teamviewer is used to access, control and support from a long distance. This app is perfect for the IT team in a day that they want to access a computer at the company but do not have time to go, they can access the computer through the Teamviewer app. Some people call this program a long distance remote.
  5. Signeasy: This app is recommended for anyone who has to sign documents daily because this app supports many file types such as .pdf, .word, .excel and so on.  You can also track the update of the document. The SignEasy app will provide real-time notification and you can add text, logos, and more.
