People with B Blood type are similar to people with A blood in terms of having a high cortisol hormone. Blood group O: High Protein but the metabolism is bad

People with O Blood Type have relatively high digestive acid that can digest meat better than others but have bad metabolism. AB Blood type is a combination of type A and type B who have low stomach acid but can eat a variety of food, so people with AB Blood Type should eat in combination, eat lots of vegetables, and eat meat in balance. However, the body’s immune system of blood type AB does not work as well, there is a risk of allergies, chronic ulcers, muscle aches and heart disease, and cancer.
