Herbal remedies for the flu, no need for medicine

It is a herb found in the kitchen at home and is also a herb used to treat colds because garlic has a property that can be resistant to viruses and bacteria. 5. Lime

Fruits that are sour but full of vitamin C and other nutrients help with the immune system. If you eat honey, it will improve the taste. It also helps to keep your throat moist, reducing colds and sore throats. However, if you intake too much, it can also be harmful to the body.
