Job interview is the same as selling an item to a buyer, which is selling your skill and identity through answering questions used in the job interview. Anyone with work experience must have faced this question. A simple tip is telling the truth, but you must make sure that your answer will not damage or tell the disadvantagement of the former company. The interviewer might think that you disclose some inappropriate information. If you are not satisfied with something about your old company, you might come up with another reason such as you want to experience something new or you want to improve your skill in that aspect.
