Good health is half done! Tricks to be healthy for office workers

At present, office workers live in a rush, whether in traveling, stress, having no time to exercise or taking care of their health, or having their bodies out of shape. Today, ACU PAY will share some tricks to have a good health and firm body. Let’s take a look at it together!

1. Having 3 meals a day and so not skip breakfast.

Mostly, office workers might not have time to eat their breakfast since they have to rush to work. Nevertheless, skipping breakfast makes your body not ready for work such as you cannot focus, malfunctioning your brain due to hunger and lead to starving and craving for high carbohydrate and fat food and tends to eat more for lunch which may result in a lack of essential nutrients, a large amount of excess energy and eventually lead to obesity. Therefore, breakfast is an important meal that cannot be missed. If you don’t have time to eat, try eating sandwiches or light meals first.

2. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day

Drinking enough water will help in supporting the memory, emotion, brain working, including reducing stress and sleeping well. In addition, water also helps prevent constipation and helps with metabolism. Thus, do not forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water or 1.5 liters of water a day. The appropriate way to drink water is not taking a large amount of water at a time but taking a sip all day long. The important thing is drinking water whenever you feel craving for some snack, so you will no longer crave for any snack for sure.

3. Having healthy lunch

A cooked to order dish or rice and curry may be a hit on menus for office workers. Most of them are fried dishes, stir-fried dishes, and curry. However, if you can choose a menu, it is best to not order fried dishes or you can choose your food based on the principle of choosing a healthy lunch by reducing sweet or salty food and ordering food by adjusting it to be good for your health. For example, choosing pork without fat instead of minced pork, changing from fried egg to boiled egg, choosing meat without its skin or choose the dishes made by boiling, streaming, salading or grilling instead of frying and stir frying.

4. Eating nutritious snacks

Snacks can be another factor that makes you fat if you choose to eat sweets or drink milk tea as their snacks. For people who love eating snacks, it is recommended to have nuts, whole wheat bread, low sugar yogurt or fresh fruit that are not so sweet as snacks. Not only does it help relieve our hunger but it is also healthy for our health and body.

5. Take a break and stretch

The thing that you should do while working is take a rest and move your body frequently such as raising your left hand and moving to your right, walk to your colleague and have some chit chat, walk to drink some water, or walk to the restroom. A little walking can help in burning calories and it can prevent you from office syndrome which is a very popular disease and also help in managing your emotions and to not be under too much stress or pressure.

Although working age is such a busy age that you feel you have no time to spare, do not forget to pay attention to health care. These techniques should enable many people to take care of their health in their daily lives or be adapted to use in work from home. If you can do it, good health and a firm body are not harder than everyone’s ability.
