Thai people were shocked and confused after TasteAtlas.com, a world-famous food website, had ranked 50 dishes of the world’s worst menu which are Indigirka Salad from Russia, Pizza Cake from Canada ranked in the second, Hakarl from Iceland ranked in the third, Fried Spider from Cambodia ranked in the fourth and Kang-som from Thailand ranked in the twelve. Thais had questions about why Kang-som is not delicious and put on #saveแกงส้ม until it went viral on Twitter.
Kang-som is a Southern food menu that gives a sour taste, followed by salty sweet and spicy. Kang-som has many recipes depending on the preference of people. Some might add Acacia Omelet in Kang-som, some might just add meat. However, the recipe ACU will share with you today is kind of a simple recipe that you can follow.
