1.Go to the Government Lottery Office and receive the money prize in case you have won the lottery.

Things to prepare before redeeming the prize: ID card and the lottery that has your signature at the back of it.
Steps to redeem the prize: Ask for information, get the queue ticket, redeem the prize, pay a stamp duty or tax.

Asking for information and getting the queue ticket can be done at the Government Lottery Office at 359 Nonthaburi Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000, G floor, Prize Division. Tel: 0-2528-9682 or 0-2528-9732. Open from Monday to Friday at 7.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. without lunch break.

The prize which is lower than 20,000 baht will be given in cash after the tax deducting and in KrungThai bank cheque if it is more than 20,000 baht after tax deducting. People under 20 years old are not allowed to redeem the prize money.

Redeem the prize by yourself in case that you have won the digital lottery can be done through Paotanf App. Go to the lottery, select self redeeming at the GLO, select the date, check information, input 6-digits pin and end of the process. Then, you can go on the selected date and follow the instructions

2.Transfer the money prize into a bank account in case you have won the offline and digital lottery.

The period of time in which prize money is transferred to a bank account. The limited amount of money to transfer to other bank accounts is 2,000,000 baht per time. If you redeem for 10 tickets the time period is around 12 minutes. If you redeem for 1,000 tickets the time period is around 40 minutes
Redeem via Paotang App. Select the winning lottery, select redeem the prize through Bangkok bank only, check the information, input 6-digits pin, end of the process.

For those who do not convenient to redeem the prize at GLO, you can go the nearest Krung Thai bank or Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives to redeem the prize.
