Check before Use! The expiration date of the cosmetics.

Who is in love with cosmetics and skincare that has to buy it every time when going shopping? Many girls may have more than 3-4 cosmetics and skincare products such as lipsticks, press powder, foundation, brow pencil, concealers, and perfume. Have you ever checked how long your skincare cosmetics last? It might not be worth using if it is expired and you still use it until you have an allergy reaction or rash. Today, ACU will introduce you to a way to check the expiration date of your cosmetics and skincare products.

How to Check Cosmetic Expiration Date?

1. Check on the website using Barcode number: The cosmetic that you use will have a barcode number put on the product. You can use this number to check at checkcosmetic.net by choosing a brand you want to check then check the expiration date of the cosmetic. You can also check if your product is real or fake by checking the barcode number on the website. ( you can check only for the brands listed on the website )

2. Check the symbol on the cosmetic and skincare products: The symbol starts with an alphabet “M” It is indicated on the label of the skincare or cosmetic box, which tells how many months you can use your cosmetics after opening. For example, 3M means to use it within 3 months and 12M means to use it within 1 year. Apart from the expiration date that you have to look at, the age symbol is important, so let’s check it out.

3. Check the manufacturing date and expiration date: This needs to be checked not for cosmetic and skincare products only. The abbreviation MFG means manufacturing date, and EXP means expiration date and they will be attached to the label box of skincare cosmetics. It is recommended to purchase cosmetics or skincare that are less than two years old, or if someone accidentally throws the box away, it is recommended to follow the number two mentioned above.

4. Count from the opening date:
