What is the Law of attraction?

“Law of Attraction” is a concept that believes that the human mind is like a magnet. It has the power to attract both good and bad into life through various events and situations. If we feel good, we will attract good events, on the other hand, if we feel bad, we will attract bad events.

In terms of psychology, the law of attraction is a matter of choosing to care, perceive and respond only to what we want.

How does the Law of Attraction work?

Everyone wants good things in life, and it’s not just about luck. In fact, we can be the ones who define our lives by creating an attraction that brings good things into life only by adjusting our thinking attitude based on these three main steps.

1. Attract the good things around you

Did you notice that when we think about it or worry about something and often think we will fail, it always happens? Therefore, we need to start thinking positively about ourselves. When we have good thoughts and feel comfortable, our emotions are also good, and it will affect our expression. So we should start the day with a good attitude, set that goal with a proper fit, and don’t hesitate to do it.

2. Know how to thank and appreciate the world around you

Being grateful can change our energy and our way of thinking. Being grateful for what we have, what we are, will help us draw good ideas for ourselves and others to feel as well, transforming the dark path of life into a better path.

3. Picture yourself in that success

Creating an image here does not mean pretending to look good in other people’s eyes, but rather creating an imagination. Imagination that we create can be successful and we have to feel that the event has really happened, then the image is actually remembered in the subconscious.

How to set goals to be successful?

To make the law of attraction work, just thinking is not enough, it relies on taking action to get closer to the goal. You can follow the following steps;

  • Taking note: Let’s start with the list of things we want to accomplish, write down in paper or notebook every day what we want our lives to be like. Write in the current format without the word “will”
  • Make a Dream board, a picture of your dream life: Dreamboard will help you get a better picture of your dreams in your head, and encourage your life to live when you look at them, believing and feeling that the images in front of you are happening. In fact, our subconscious mind remembers them and draws us to success.
  • Admit the mistake and think positively about it: Learning and accepting the mistakes of the past. Do not sink in with things that cannot go back in time to change. Change from blaming yourself for not being good enough to say thank you for good things every day. Repeatedly doing this will make the brain choose only good things, giving us a healthy mind and a different perspective.

Notice that our idea is to define who we are, just like the saying, “What we are is the result of our thoughts. What we are now is the thoughts of the past.” Although changing your mind is not a quick way to see results, having positive thoughts and a positive outlook will give you the strength to fight, face problems, and reach goals faster.
