Whale: It refers to individuals or entities that hold large amounts of cryptocurrency. Whales own enough cryptocurrency to influence currency markets.
Example: Whales buy a lot of coins which cause the coin to have a high price. Then, whales sell out all the coins which cause the coin to have a low price.
Moth: It refers to small traders, individuals or entities that hold little amounts of cryptocurrency who will be trapped in the big inverter trap.
Example: Moths buy coins at an unacceptable high price.
HODL: An acronym for “hold on for dear life,” It happens when investors buy coins at a high price but the value of the coin suddenly decreases. Thus, investors can do nothing but hold the coin until the price rises again.
Example: Investors buy coins at 2,000,000 baht but then the price goes down to 500,000 baht.
Sell Pigs: It refers to investors selling the coin that they think the price will decrease but the price actually goes up.
Example: Coin holders sell the coin for 90 baht because they think the coin value is going to drop. However, the sold coin value rose to 500 baht.
Miss the bus: It refers to the investor who cannot buy the coin they want in time. The coin price has risen already before they can make up their mind.
Example: Investors want to buy coins at 8 baht but hesitate, but right after they can decide to buy the price has already gone up to 20 baht.
Bullish Market: It refers to prices which are generally rising over an extended period of time. Market graft is green
Example: All coins or most of them are green.
Bearish Market: It refers to prices which are generally falling over an extended period of time. Market graft is red.
Example: All coins or most of them are red.
Moon: It refers to the price of a specific cryptocurrency that will rise as high as the moon. It is considered as one of the phenomena in Cryptocurrency.
Example: Coins are in green graft and go up very high.
Ditch: Large investors sell coins at a high price which make the price of coins decrease and cause other investors to sell their holded coins as well.
Example: A group of large investors decided to sell coins at 1,000 baht. Thus, other investors follow them and sell their coin and effect the price of the coin to decrease to 500 baht.
Lift Fail: It refers to investors who buy coins which they think will rise but actually go down.
Example: The graft survey shows the potential of coin price to rise up so the investor buys it. However, the price continues to decrease.
